HARD AGREE WITH YOU. People are really forgetting the initial story line. Juheon was always reluctant to get close with Dohu bcz he was afraid of letting someone into his walls exactly bcz he didn't want to be betrayed. He finally let one person in (Dohu in this case) and that one person goes on and ends up making him betrayed the same way he was afraid to let anyone do so. Yes he didn't mean to do it but Dohu KNOWS Juheon. He KNOWS his man's overthinking tendencies and he still apologised only half-assedly, let him go just like that and after all the time skip, people are still behaving as if Juheon is the one who should apologise when there is still no clear understanding and action taken of the situation from Dohu's part. Maybe he understood his wrongs, but he still acting as if he did nothing wrong. He HAS to be sincere to get through to Juheon when he can clearly see that the man is trying to run away from the situation and is again closed off. He's trying to bulldoze into Juheon's walls again the same way but the situation is messy rn unlike their initial meeting and he has to understand this. They had a VERY messy breakup bro. I adore Dohu so much because he's too relatable of a character to me, but hey, we should understand where he's going wrong with all this as well.
And also I'm pretty sure Juheon is also trying to protect Dohu from his aunt as well somehow.
I fully expected to get trashed for this, but it's relief to see that I was wrong lmao.I swear I don't hate Dohu but I thought I was going crazy seeing how many of the people on here didn't have any issue with the way he was behaving towards Juheon but put down Juheon for not wanting to get close to somebody who already broke his trust and couldn't even hang on to him properly when he actually needed him to. Nice theory about the aunt though didn't think about it but yeah I guess that's possible, it certainly would make this whole mess a lot better or at very least more interesting!
I get yoooouuuu. I also adore Dohu so much but so do I adore Juheon and with the way everyone is attacking Juheon, ATP I just wanna put Juheon behind me and protect him from all this bs. He was HURT BADLY. I'm still sad about him. But hey, maybe the celebrity thing IS getting to him a bit lolol. I just want his genuine self back again. But I guess we'll just have to wait out for the new chapters to understand how the author is going to deal with all this.
Why the hell are so many people babying Dohu? He knew that what he was doing was wrong, does no one remember when he started having nightmares about Juheon rejecting him because of what he had done? And yet he still decided to say nothing because it was convenient for him, he even said it himself. I'm not saying he's this big evil mastermind but he was clearly in the wrong and didn't even properly apologize or even try to understand where Juheon was coming from, he seriously thought that they'd just get back together if he waited it out.
Also being neuro divergent doesn't mean you can do no wrong, I should know, Dohu definitely knew what he did was going to hurt Juheon and when Juheon found out and confronted him about it instead of trying to think about ways to make up for it, he did nothing and now after four years he just tries to cling onto him as if nothing happened? And doesn't even respect him when he tells him to leave him alone tf.
I feel like this is mostly on the author honestly, because you're telling me Juheon left for four years and Dohu's still behaving the same way he was when Juheon found out why he got close to him in the first place? No retrospection, no actual growth, nothing ? Why was the time skip even necessary then? We could've just continued with the original time-line and have them makeup after they've solved their issues, and it would've been less messy. Where is this even going?
