A little spoiler, he only treated her like that because the empress kept stealing her power and giving it to the fake princess instead and the fake princess used that stolen power to brainwash the emperor and crown prince into thinking the MC wasn’t their family at all. As far as him finding out, I think he will eventually because he keeps seeing visions of the MC from her past life and how tormented she was.

I kinda want to read this, but it seems the emperor who abandoned her in the original story is going to be part of the good guys type character? Like, just from reading the summary, I don’t want her to have a good relationship with him, when he literally refused to believe she was his daughter originally. I was wondering if anybody had spoilers. At least tell me there’s one scene where he finds out about what he did in the original story and highly regrets it or something. Please tell me the fl doesn’t just forgive him Willy nilly like in other stories. I’m like so on the fence about whether I should read this rn lol
