That was my very first thought upon seeing him and it's also the reason why I've decided to give the manga a shot. Although I'm not all that enthusiastic about having an "Izaya" as a romantic lead but hopefully the romantic plot is still far far away and I can get enough "Izaya"ness from the Professor to satisfy me before that happens.
