From what I understand, there's no romance between FL and her as a child. She thinks the child is FL's daughter. The ending was rushed due to the author's health problems. But I don't know how it will be handled in the manga.
But idk how to feel about the Ml when he's a grown ass adult and she's is still stuck as a child... Hell I read some where that she's going to permanently stay as a child and redo her childhood with her bio family and ml is going to be a grown ass adult waiting for her to become one again...
