What? He's not the "second choice", he's just falling in love with him. Hyunjin ALREADY got over his sunbae sometime ago, but he doesn't want to just start a relationship with Chanyoung as if it's a rebound.
What he doesn't realise though is that he's been in love with Chanyoung for a while now.
i do hate the romanticization of being second choice here lmfao. especially when the other ML clearly does Not Like Him and everyone is aware except for the MC. AND MAYBE just a dash of personal opinion from being a second choice a few times i love them but i don’t get how he’s in an “ambiguous state”. get over that fucking loser
