He can never regain her trust after what he did in their past life: how instead of talking and working it out with her, he went and offed her father just out of some stupid resentment against her, and then even had the gall to keep it hidden from her until he could try and knock her up with his baby, in order to force her to stay with him all the same (...seems he never thought she'd still say to that: HELL NO).
honestly wish the husband wasn’t subhuman cause they’re clearly two people with a lot of misunderstandings about one another. in another life it could’ve worked out had they talked but a lot has soured (especially on the husbands part). honestly i think a redemption direction could’ve been sweet in its own way but she deserves a lot better than that
