But it’s not just byul though, but Dojin as well. Didn’t the story have a whole ass arc in ‘Love is An Illusion’ justifying the rights of Hyesungs’ hatred towards his mother, mind you Dojin was present through all of this, then, he would have had the knowledge of how Hyesung felt about the relationship with his mother. But, instead of respecting Hyesung’s decision like a normal husband or any person with basic human respect, he somewhat still chose to contact Hyesungs mother If you put that in a real life situation I’d say yeah it is a big deal, that often can snowball into divorce cuz respect is an important foundation in marriage. But idk our opinions may differ and I respect that. I just hope you respect this insight of mine as well, and please dont take it negatively
omg i love that you replied. i completely do agree with you, it’s just that- this manga focuses on byul himself, and the author is trying to portray what a somewhat healthy and fluffy family life should look like, contrary to her other manhwas. that’s why i personally think that this will not lead to divorce, a lot of things that should have lead to divorce already happened in the original itself. also i dislike the fact that people completely choose to ignore how hyesung would literally LEAVE a newborn baby and try to cheat on his dad and whatnot. his only piece of conscience came from his mom leaving him and the love he felt for byul (that his mother probably felt for him as well, but we will never know since we don’t know her side of the story!)
Well it's normal also for other people to think bad about Byul. We need to acknowledge when someone did something wrong. He hurt his mother. Just because he's young doesn't give him a free pass to be mean. Like you said, he's still young, he has to learn from this.
