I think it's because they are different species. Crossbreeding has low chances of conceiving. Plus, human ovum might not be strong enough for werewolf sperm.

The manwha is good and all but I find it strange that it never mentions pregnancy. Like with the amount of sex they have, she would already be expecting.
She is an apothecary so she probably takes something but they don't mention that or maybe it's hard to have a baby with werewolf? Idk, I feel like this is an important subject that should be addressed.
