I'm not buying the FL most specifically. (Though I like that she cares a lot about her mom though, that's all.) Does her character remain pretty stagnant or...?

Guys help I'm on chapter 15 and I find it kind of boring so far. Not bad but also not that engaging enough for me, almost to the point where I feel bland towards it. I don't hate the plot but that's just it – I don't feel ANYTHING about it. I have the urge to stop and read something else, but a lot of people have hyped this up to me specifically, and they say it's really satisfying.
Is it really worth it, in y'alls opinion?
