Yes Dojin could provide her a shelter. For me a tiny apartment should be enough. Provide financial support UNTIL she could find a job.

I have to agree, providing a place to stay should’ve been the end of that contact. Cz what do you mean the “mother” that abandoned her son is leeching off of her son now. Dojin helping grandma is understandable, it's not even about Asian culture, to be fair, I'd do the same only so my spouse would never regret no contact when they found grandmas rotting body two months after her death. But what is not acceptable is that he didn't talk to Hyesung about it and kept in personal contact with her behind his back. This is betrayal on another level.
