also, j an addition: not byul raising the topic of hyesung not wanting him when the period of hyesung leaving was literally j for a few months after byul was born, meanwhile hyesung was abandoned since he was a child until he became an adult, pregnant, birthed, etc. like again, to even try to equate hyesung with his fucking grandmother is absolute insanity

I’m also a Hyesung defender since the first story, Hyesung literally went through so much, and honestly I am just reminded how much I hated Dojin in the first story

That doesn't excuse what Hyesung did. You can't simply make the argument "well he EVENTUALLY came back for his son, so its chill". No that doesn't excuse he still made an very terrible mistake. Hyesung made a clear decision to abandon his child right after birth. Do you know what that does to a child? Hyesung could've aborted the child long ago, but he made the decision to follow through with the birth, so that should've been the moment he decided "I am going to take care of this child." Also why are we getting upset at A CHILD (aka Byul). Is Hyesung's mother worse and did even more terrible things than Hyesung? Absolutely, Hyesung's mother is terrible for what she did and I don't think most people disagree with that, but it is the fact so many people are just giving Hyesung a pass when he is not without faults too. Byul being upset is JUSTIFIED and it is crazy to me, so many of you people are upset at a CHILD who knows his mother originally did not want him and abandoned him the few months of his life. How would that make you feel? You would definitely lash out too because you're HURT. How do you think Byul would feel if he heard "Hyesung has every right to not want Byul". Absolutely awful and devastating and for what? What did Byul do to deserve to not be wanted? Nothing! This is the crux of the argument for most of us on the other side of this topic.
You not realizing that Hyesung WAS the unwanted child, his mother LITERALLY abandoned him ALL his life. Plus he didn’t even want byul in the first place he kept the baby bc dojin said he would give him money to keep it. Which if you don’t remember was after he raped him. Theres no a way ij the world that you read all that and still think HS is not the victim in all this.
And HS not wanting Byul is smth he just has to get over. My mom didn’t want me neither when she was a pregnant I don’t resent her or blame her for that. Had she not had me she could’ve had a better life.

hating dojin is so fucking valid too, even without the first story literal criminal & selfish behaviour cuz genuinely, a reason why byul can even dare to say that bullshit to hyesung was because he sees dojin contacting the grandmother frequently & he believes it shouldn't be such a big deal then, esp. cuz dojin is someone who "loves" hyesung so much (aka if someone loves you sm, they wouldn't do smth so devastating to betray you)

i know he's upset & remoreseful about what he said to his mum, & i hope he fucking reflects exactly on what he said. hyesung is now in his life - hell, he was in every right to not want a child in the beginning, whom he came for not long after leaving, which is exactly what makes him VERY different from the grandmother. hyesung came back & made an EFFORT to stay, change & raise byul. byul almost equating hyesung to the grandmother is absolute fucking bullshit. i understand it's because he's a teen & things are happening back-to-back for him where he's always the one wronged, so he likely lashed out, especially towards hyesung who has ALWAYS given him so much more grace & benefit of the doubt, but it doesn't stop me from absolutely FUMING over how he treated hyesung. i am a hyesung defender until i fucking die, since the first story & until now
