Wait I am really confused right now. Is Octo his real child? Why would they keep him from learning Octo’s birth if it was anything else. Even if Octo is not his biological child it is still kind of weird with Octo seeing him as a mother and still do those stuff with him.

    Octo's a rescue and only imprinted on Dr. Yu. This isnt omegaverse, he cant get pregnant unfortunately.
