So, that was indeed Sihu's first time bottoming and what he meant during that moment is clearer in the novel. What Sihu meant by "this isn't my first time" while being fingered (and specifically when Yejun found his prostate) was that HE had done that to other bottoms before, so ofc he knew his way around fingering and the fact that the prostate spot felt "swollen" to the touch.

Yes, Yejun knew what he meant. Sihu said it during that time cause he was getting embarrassed about how much he was feeling in the bum when he'd only topped before and also to partially rile up Yejun by bringing up the fact that he'd done this to others before so Yejun isn't his first, while Yejun is a virgin. And by 'rile him up', not in a malicious way, but you know to get him a little jealous and more possessive of him cause Sihu was feeling a little vulnerable with all that's happening.
Again, to clarify, he was saying Yeju wasn't his first sexual partner in general. But yeah, Yejun was already aware Sihu had never bottomed before in any way, incl. not having been touched in the ass either. So there's no misunderstanding, he knows what Sihu means and he gets a tiny bit upset and jealous, just enough to motivate him to keep going. xD

I really like this manhwa, the art is great, the plot is interesting, their chemistry and dynamic are really beautifully shown, but the dialogue and the fluidity of the scenes are sometimes choppy. I think it's probably for length management, hence some details being cut off and making it a little confusing at times.
That's why I loved reading the novel, even though it's rather short, the details are definitely worth it.
I don't get why tr bottom said it's not like it's my first time but they were just rimming whwre he said it was his first time?
