i thought that was a probable cause (not a novel reader so not sure). but it'd be weird for her to immediately think of going to her uncle if she knew she couldn't talk about her curse anyway especially since she'd be with Byron, too risky imo.
she already revealed a bit of Byron's plans, why not reveal it all and actually help with the investigationT-T the curse only affects her if Byron finds out she disobeyed him. her meeting w the crown prince could've been a good way to exchange info while Byron didn't suspect anything, but they ended up flirting instead lmao
why can't she just tell them she's cursed and can't go back... i mean, sure they might question how she knew that and other details but c'mon bruh
if i understand correctly, she's gonna convince Byron to go to her mom's homeland to meet her uncle and undo the curse but with how things are progressing, uncle's gonna be at the capital to visit her mom lmaoaooaoa hope that won't happen cuz that'll give me a massive migraine
