The fingerprints shouldn't be an issue because Sangwoo isn't going to report a break-in. If police look around his house they might find some evidence linking him to one of his victims. And it's not likely the police would bother with forensic investigation for trespassing especially when no one was hurt and nothing was stolen. Also it would go against Sangwoo's character to report things to the police. When Bum broke in he handled that on his own, why would he go to the police now? I think Sangwoo would rather kill Seungbae than let the police deal with him, even of he does get away.
