hmm i think it’s not that deep and there’s no weird thought behind it? a lot of us asians are very short and baby faced. we can’t help it. and it’s common for us to be with people twice our size if we meet/date non-asian people. so height differences like those exist in a lot of relationships.
The height difference is so ridiculous and how they portray the uke's faces and body they look like a child. Except the seme's father the purple hair one, no offense I like the art and all but the way the author portray the uke seems off
