Yeah but it was also revealed he cut ties with the aunt as well... So likely, he was threatened by the information and he played it off as 'i don't care anymore, i hate him' and cut ties with literally everyone

At the end of season 2 it’s pretty clear that the reason ML leaves is because his aunt is blackmailing him with info about MC. I’m confused why people are like “he was hiding things of course he would be hurt and leave” like yeah he was hurt by it but that’s not why he left him…
