I googled if the title of the manhwa has any meaning and I learned something new:
"A circuit breaker in financial markets is an emergency measure by exchanges to temporarily halt trading if the market or an individual security drops below a certain percentage."
I'm just gonna assume this is reason for the title because of the mcs obsession with the stock market lol.
