dokja is an apostle of the , which is essentially the worlds true ending. every constellation/person/etc that's been bestowed a description for the 'end' (which are very few) has to meet certain criteria. when the qualifications are met, the filtering goes away and each of their end descriptions are different, and personal to them.
he isn't yet qualified / doesn't know enough to be granted his own "true ending", and seeing it before he meets the qualifications surpasses the amount of probability allowed (enough to summon another outer god). Staring at 'the end' too long incurred a probability storm (causing the lightning and dokja coughing blood) so the fourth wall forcibly turned back on.
