So pretty much for men to function like women without being women, just like you point out in your original comment, and to be fair I agree with you, BL authors seems to have weird ideas about anatomy and body functions in general
I think instead of drawing the characters engaging in foreplay the authors imagine men getting wet like women just to save time . In reality that man's ass would have been ripped immediately but this is obviously fictional so who cares
