Right I got to like chapter 10 thinking the whole time WHERE WERE THE TRIGGER WARNINGS. They are pretty good at putting them in the comments under the chapters. This had none. Tbh he should’ve tried killing that son of a bitch and see if that brought his taste back idk mc has an unbelievable lack of self preservation in regards to a random coworker he’s never had no meaningful connection with before he raped him??? Doesn’t make sense HARD DROP

The cover art is literally the MC getting peed on right into his eye, what more trigger warning do you need?

Look at the body language and facial expression on the cover. The cover makes it so obvious that the MC is clearly not enjoying it that even I, someone with autism, can instantly notice that the person getting peed on in the cover doesn't have a pee kink but is getting abused instead.

I'm not kink shaming, it's just blatantly obvious from the cover that it's happening against the MCs will.

Not to mention that the kink community is all about safety first, so I doubt consensual getting peed on would have the peeing person aim right for the eye

Yeah and characters also think spit = lube in these stories so if some of the safety mechanism are missing I’m not going to question it. Most fiction needs a little suspension of disbelief. Why are you arguing with me on this point anyway??? Wtf is wrong with a trigger warning I obviously didn’t get it from the cover. You know I also don’t just sit in place waiting to be pissed on with two free hands when I’m not trying to get pissed on. So a trigger warning would’ve really cleared up the confusion. And to clarify a trigger warning for the RAPE, COERCION, and KIDNAPPING. Pee is the least of my worries with this shit story.

I'm sorry but the cover art is very obviously some guy getting peed on against his will and the synopsis/plot description clearly explains how the MC got lured away somewhere in a shady way, so if you genuinely couldn't tell based on the combination of the cover art and the plot description that this fictional story is very highly likely to contain rape and kidnapping, then you have much bigger problems in life than a lack of trigger warnings.

This story containing kidnapping and rape is, quite frankly, as obvious by the cover art and synopsis as it is obvious that an email from an Egyptian prince telling you to give him 1000$ so he can sent you a million $$ worth of gold is a scam. As obvious as apples are a vegan food and as obvious as the salmon you buy in the grocery store containing fish.

Trigger warnings are much needed for stories where it's not obvious but you can't seriously tell me that you expect trigger warnings for blatantly obvious stuff too.

If let's say an 18+ BL story has a cover art of some depressed looking disheveled guy in chains with some bruises from getting hit and the synopsis says "Bob ordered an Uber to get home when we was drunk but then the Uber driver brings him to a completely different place that's unknown to Bob" do you need a trigger warning for the possibility of it containing rape and kidnapping to cross your mind? Do you??

For your sake I genuinely hope you're rage baiting bc if you're actually serious then you have no business to use the internet unsupervised bc having such an obvious lack of common sense while using the internet is extremely dangerous, as in, live threatening levels of dangerous....

Since when do you make the rules for trigger warnings. You don’t just put them when YOU think they are necessary. You put them when the content contains TRIGGERING MATERIAL. And quite usually rape is triggering. Is that too much for you to process??? Must be because despite it being oh so obvious what the content contained. Here you are. At the comment section defending the lack of warning for said content. Are you mad I’m dropping your fave story? You know some people have standards even for there smut lol. Even with a TW the story is written so shitty that at least if there was one I could’ve avoided this poorly fleshed out rape fantasy. You are obviously a weirdo so I’m not engaging in this further. Oh here’s something for you (︶︿︶)=凸

I agree that trigger warnings are important to be added for such contents but you know what SIGNIFICANTLY MORE IMPORTANT FOR INTERNET SAFETY? USING COMMON SENSE and using your brain.

If you try to dry your dogs fur with a microwave, will you blame the microwave company for your dogs death because they didn't specify it in the manual that dogs die when getting microwaved?? If you have an fish allergy and buy some salmon at the grocery store; will you blame the grocery store for having no "might contain fish" disclaimer??? If you send some guy nudes through WhatsApp and he posts them all across the internet, will you blame WhatsApp for not giving you a pop-up warning about the dangers of sending people nudes where you have to confirm that you're super sure about it before it lets you send them????

You're a fully grown adult (if you aren't then get out of NSFW spaces) who clicked on a manga with a COVER IMAGE SHOWING SOMEONE GET ABUSED, A SYNOPSIS DESCRIBING SOMEONE LURING THE MC INTO AN UNKNOWN LOCATION with someone the MC is desperate about, with tags SPECIFYING PORN, and you saw ALL OF THAT BEFORE OPENING THE CHAPTERS. If you find fictional stories with rape triggering and STILL IGNORED ALL THE RED FLAGS BEFORE OPENING THE STORY, then that's on you.

it'd be different if you were a child who doesn't know any better (if you are then you don't have any business being here anyway), BUT YOU'RE AN ADULT (I hope at least) so it is not unreasonable to expect you to be able to USE YOUR BRAIN AND FIGURE OUT THAT:
A COVER IMAGE SHOWING ABUSE + SYNOPSIS SHOWING PERSON GETTING LURED AWAY IN A SUPER SHADY WAY + TAGS SPECIFYING PORN = HIGH PROBABILITY OF RAPE CONTENT

IF YOU FINDFICTIONAL STORIES WITH SEXUAL ABUSE TRIGGERING AND CLICK ON SOME PORN WITH A COVER ART OF SOMEONE GETTING ABUSED WHILE YOU EXPECT WHOLESOME FLUFF BECAUSE YOU CAN'T FIGURE OUT THAT ABUSE BEING SHOWN ON THE COVER MEANS ABUSE WILL BE DEPICTED IN THE STORY WITHOUT CONTENT WARNINGS THEN THAT'S ON YOU (unless you have some mental disabilities that renders you completely unable of being able to do some critical thinking in which case the internet is way to dangerous for you to use it without supervision anyway)

I know that people keep repeating the phrase "don't judge a book by it's cover" over and over again but please, do yourself a favour and start to judge literal books by their cover art and synopsis. You'll see that you'll have a significantly easier time finding fiction you'll enjoy while stumbling against significantly less fiction you dislike. Give it a try (๑•ㅂ•)و✧
