Hmmm
I have thoughts. In the early 2000 japanese bl manga had this reputation of "having rape all the time", and it was kinda true. But it was because the stories were making a statement. Society, usually, takes "dark stories" more seriously than happy ones. And then, after bl was stablished as a "valid" thing, the kinds of stories we had in japanese bl changed. And now, as you know, we have all kinds of stories. You can't even say that BL is only for female readers anymore, because you have mainstream shoujos (like sasaki to miyano) being just a romance with gay characters.
I think, kirean bl manhwa is passing through this phase now. They are making dark stories, griddy, rapey, the guys are too muscular, the dics are too big... As a statement. Not a conscious one per-se, but one screaming "I deserve to be here and tell this stories!"
So...
Yeah. An omegaverse without rape, for me, is more about "I think this wave is finally passing", because he have been seeing more wholesome stories.
Meaning we, as readers, will probably have a wider range of stories to read in the future.
Sorry for the wall of text. I really have many things to say about this.
Kisses kisses and see you around :*

I was so relieved when the brown haired secretary didn't rape the MC
Idk, I don't usually care, but this story is specifically about an omega trying to hold onto the meager power he has... So I'm happy there's no rape.
