Delaying the first night didn’t really make sense when she seems to want the same child as her first life. It not like you can’t study or do all the things she been doing if she was pregnant. Because wouldn’t it be a different child now. Maybe it’s some magical stuff behind it. I’m most likely thinking too hard about this lol.
