    King is an inherently male word. If it was a woman it would be a QUEEN.

    Idk if it’s a translation issue or just how it was written but this manga gendered terms are weird, zermen is called a he a lot of times even when the story states she is a woman

    It can be confusing, yeah, but remember that prononuns are not always tied to gender! There are many he/him lesbians out there, that doesn't make them suddenly stop being women ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

    Yeah I know, but tbh I don’t see that being what’s actually happening here. Either it is a translation mistake or a translator choice since a lot of Korean words are not gendered. But hey, maybe I’m wrong and that is the Korean author’s actual decision
