Same, used to not read them cuz they used to be ugly guys or average looking guys, but now they're looking hotter and the art style is looking better...I now have hetero ones in my reading list while letting bl ones marinate, just can't find good ones this days and the ones I'm reading are updating so slow, didn't even realize some i'm reading have been going on since before I went to college and now I'm in 4th year until a comment pointed out the same thing

Lately, I've been reading a lot of heterosexual smut stories (some turn out really good). I have two reasons, first, there is such a lack of creativity in BLs. The interesting ones that caught my eye are either on hiatus or get updates so slowly. And secondly, why the fuck are hetero romance's male characters getting hotter? And the art style of this type of story is so much better than most of the BLs.
