I don't really know that manhwa so I can't say anything about that, but I guess it has to do with the development. In the recent chapters, she's had more cute scenes with dohwa (like recent, after 10 years) and eunhyuk was shown to be keeping in touch with the girl who ruined sooae's life after he ghosted sooae, so I see why people are mad, the hate comments on sooae are overkill, but the hate on eunhyuk and this development in the story is understandable

Well in this case, dohwa is still the better choice, a man who yearns or a man who ghosts you for 10 years and only says a simple sorry? No i dont think dohwa is the perfect man, infact i was on eunhyuk side before the 10 years into the future skip, but you cant deny he’s changed into someone that can’t respect sooae, keeping in touch with the woman who ruined your gf’s life and ghosting her? Sooae chasing after eunhyuk isnt the problem, i dont blame her, being ghosted by someone you loved and meeting them again, youre bound to do something youve yearned for, but then again, eunhyuk doesnt deserve sooae, atleast not in his current state
Dohwa’s relationship has never been developed with soo ae beyond friendship. He is perfect but has never been vital to soo ae or someone important. He is like a placeholder and point of reference for people to compare eunhyeok to. That’s why people do not think or care about Dohwa’s self respect but Eunhyeok had a substantial relationship with Soo Ae. He helped her through highschool and was amazing to her before just…ghosting her for 10 years. People think Soo Ae has no self respect because even after all this-she is the one who has created boundaries but has also repeatedly been the one to break them. It is embarrassing. All while Eunhyeok has been nonchalant.
