White haired's sickness kicks up bad (ie : coughing blood and such) and ends up in the hospital, everyone founds out about his sickness, a lot more angst, and ends up jumping in the cold sea on a final trip with seme, who also jump to follow him
So..... at least they're together, but it's def not a happy ending
