Actually based on the novel, this current timeline is the 3rd timeline, where Chase remember Bern in Kalian's body through the first timeline where Bern was dead. And Bern in Kalian's body remembers the second timeline where Chase was dying and faced Plantz during the war. So it's already the third timeline with paradoxes. Cmiiw.

If his soul reimcarnated in the 3rd prince 10 yrs prior to war, his former body Bern should also exist right? Then whos soul in there? Will he met his former self? How about the time paradox here? If bern does not die in the war, then theres no turning back time, then all the changes might be cancelled???
