NO DEFINITELY his fucked up family was one of the most interesting parts of this story, wish they explored it more smh
Yah honestly reading the novel is the only reason the resolution for that even made sense because it was just incomplete here
not tryna over complicate the story but they shouldve totally went into more depth with the whole family dynamic and the ex with his chomped on hand,..,
