Im not sure what you mean by manga novel (like a light novel/ webnovel maybe?) but those are basically just online novels that can be the original source material of a manga/hwa/hua that gets adapted.
Manga is a term referring to works that are by Japanese author.
Manhwa is a term referring to works that are by Korean author
Manhua is a term referring to works by Chinese author
