Instd after seth was done lashing out osiris calmly rejoined himself n offered seth to sit down n have a talk where he proceeds to gaslight seth how all of this is his fault and then drug seth followed by which he then raped him and spilled the secrets on all the lengths that he went to get seth. While osiris was talking abt his Plans to use anubis body as a vessel to house the child he's planning to make with his and Seth's essence and kill anubis, seth begs pleades and offers himself up after which we seethe whole forced blow job and rape.

Osiris had made multiple contradictory statements this chapter insisting that seth n him go back as lovers and then again claiming seth rejected him cuz he.was a man and mind u even seth is confused at that like when djd I ever to this mf? What seems plausible rn based on available cryptic clues is that osiris fell one sidedly in love with seth to the point of obession and maybe because seth and HTE were lovers back then / very close, he could have been part of the reason why HTE was murdered because of seth.

Im sorry but to me its not lame because whatever it is its a vital plot trigger that set the entirety of story in motion and has answers to everything thats currently going wrong. And even in irl canon horus has always been a very significant popular god who never goes out of trend. He's even more ancient than ra in Egyptian mythology and in actual myth He's also part of the sibling group and many regions also worshipped him with seth together as parallels to seth cuz they both represent cosmic chaos vs justice n order to uphold divine balance of Mojito loosely keeps the plot similar so I woulsnt be surprised if he does have a past backstory and with seth at that. Im curious to know how did he get killed how close were all the siblings before his death. If nut was a loving mother to set before shit went down and what started osiris downfall.
The way osiris acts conducts and schemes he's already way beyond being a lesser comic villian. Like the rest he's also a very complicated layered and complex character with much to reveal. If they were indeed lovers it'd be all the more shattering to seth considering how much hes so fckin afraid of osiris, trembles at the slightest sign of him and goes into mental breakdown at every mention of him.
the thing that confuses me with the mirror tho is that it was at isis's place originally. Seth took it from there to give it to nepthys, thats how it ends up on her hands

The mirror wasnt at isis place. Isis was auditing the war spoils Osiris had brought back from ra and it was lying there. Osiris originally had planned it purposely for seth to have it. He had the other mirror thru which he could reflect his visage. Which is why he asked nephyths "why do u have the mirror" its unfortunate really that she accidentally stumbled across it.

Myself ive always liked past lives interconnected stories a bit so for me i find it intriguing that seth in this life had been so affected by hte's death as we see by the various clues so far despite becoming a god n not having his memories. Even tho he has no recollection that death or events mustve been so devastating for him that he still carries the scars deep inside etched in his soul beyond his subconscious mind. Horus was able to see that desperate pain and fear of abandonment/being forgotten back when seths tears fell n opened his eyes in khemis. Events of their past lives are heavily influencing their present rn. Seth unknowingly cursing anubis from growing older, horus stopping his own development, isis, osiris, nephyths suspicious guilt and ao much more to uncover. Its honestly quite impressive for me that after all the catastrophe that mustve happened they somehow managed to still get close to each other go thru character development n fall for each other once again.
