Gods arent even suppose to play family and imitate humans n human relationship dynamics because a god borne out of another is a complete individual without any concept of blood ties or stuff. But seth n his siblings were the anomaly who lived together like siblings and loved each other. After ascending one cannot chase their past lifr memory or else they'll break taboo and face backlash in the form of soul fracturing n perish

Its not clear yet whether he really got his memories back or not. What hes rambling rn is full of contradictions and counterargumentive which i believe could be side effects of backlash. Also since he died n went to duat theres also a chance that he mightve been able to access some if not full of his past live memories without breaking said taboo which is exclusive only for full fledged gods. Also he being seth's lover isnt confirmed. Its just a vague speculation based on his claims which are fickle n untrustworthy. Based on the clues and cryptic hints that we have from mojito the possibility of seth and HTE being lovers or close relationship is higher than osiris n seth being lovers. What could be likely is osiris grew fond of seth and one sidedly fell in love wirh him n decided to pursue him after they became gods

Hes most definitely an unreliable narrator right now. Altho we cannot rule it out completely I would say lets not believe him entirely either. Some are saying that because he meshed with anubis he's mixing his emotions with anubis rn and thats why hes saying u said u love me (anubis and seth father son love memory) then again saying u rejected me (his own memories) OR they could really have a past together ( rare possibility)

There are mural hints hidden by mojito all thru out ennead manhwa which are basically plot spoilers for upcoming chapter. One of these hints read as

Do what u wish with this hint hehe. Some think its abt osiseth while some think its horus seth past life(HTE) while some think its hinting abt osiris one sided obession
