before he made the new account he only focused on pvp and never did any dungeon/story quests and also wasnt a healer in the main account

Probably because the guild he was in didn't participate in raids (or area himself don't join) that's why he's new to all the raids and seemingly guild like activities. He used to only do PvPs and only joined a guild because of that seunghyun guy who kept pestering him irl and online
It’s because he was a PVP ONLY player. Where as now he’s playing a supporting role for for guild members. Playing while focusing on just urself whereas playing to make sure you keep your teammates alive while also keeping yourself alive too, is a lot harder to do than you think. People who usually play supporting roles in team video games might understand it easier.

Then crong guy was a top healer before he had to create a new account right, so why is he so confused in the alt account, it's not even that he's putting up a front so they won't suspect he's an old user, he's genuinely confused and acting like he hasn't been in a guild before.
