As someone who just stated reading (I’m on ch 18) his personality rlly pmo. Like does he not feel any sympathy for the guy in debt? He’s clearly taking advantage of his situation and now I’m hearing he grew up in a loving family? He’s got no excuse to have this shitty of a personality.
Right! Exactly!! I couldn’t stand his ass from the start. I was tryna rationalize it, thinking maybe Taeju had some struggles of his own, but the more I found out about him and his family, the more disappointed I got. LIKE BRO HAD NO REASON TO BE ACTING THE WAY HE DID. In fact he was straight up spoiled. It seemed like he always got everything he wanted. If anyone had the right to act like that, it’d be Euihyun. He was going through so much, my man just could not catch a break. I rly wish I could just turn off my brain when reading this manhwa lmao
Omgosh I hate those types of ML but as long as he get character development I’m down to keep reading. I just hope he doesn’t disappoint
One thing I’ve never understood about Taeju’s character is how he ended up turning into such a terrible person. I know he changed for the better now, but at the beginning of the story, he was completely different. He only cared about himself and whatever he could get out of a situation. From what we’ve seen, he had two loving parents. The only thing that seems off is his dad’s shady business, but other than that, it looks like he had a pretty normal upbringing with both parents around. So, I’m honestly confused and shocked at how he became such a dickhead. I’ve noticed not many people talk about this. Lemme know what y’all think I’m just curious
