Jo didn't send people after Ian, in which they ended up breaking his leg in the process, shattering his plans of freedom, just because he felt entitled to kept him by his side.

Jo recognized that he's changing a lot and he's doing things he has never thought of doing before because of Ian. He didn't help someone who was dying which absolutely broke him, and pointed a gun towards Jaime (?), because he wanted to protect Ian (and Toby).

He's willing to communicate, to work it out, to find solutions together. He may be selfish because he wants his affections returned but he is also selfless enough to accept that maybe just staying by Ian's side is just all Ian needs and he can do that. Not asking for more or pressuring to know about his past. He waited for him when Ian left and welcome him because the sight of Ian alive is enough for him. And Ian trust him.

Jo wants a positive and healthy lifestyle for Ian, something he yearns for. Ian's having new experiences and when he was starting to enjoy them, his past drags him back again.

I love TJ as a character, he's cool and he has so many layers to him, but no way they're similar, in the surface, except that they want Ian. But i like the visual of TJ and Jo together hahaha

What did he do exactly to be the same level as fuck up that you claim? All the characters are morally gray and the TJxJo is so disgusting.

He may also be possessive but not the point of being abusive and manipulative that he will do anything even if it means to harm to his own lover like TJ is. So no, not even lowkey because hes not even as toxic and crazy like that hoe TJ so yall gotta stop acting like theyre close to the same level of obsessiveness
