but thank you for the rec I really want to write this well. okay little nerd out hehe: I LOVE the idea that "paradise" isn't where everything is perfect and beautiful but that "paradise" is somewhere that gives you the opportunity to rest and heal. I hadn't thought about that before this book. I think the brothel is more of a shangri la to the birdies than it is for the clients. It's their opportunity to heal. I'm really interested in the owners part in the rest of the story and if it'll turn out how I think it will because he's making a wonderful guide character. ugh this books so good i want to give the author a sloppy sloppy smooch.
just finished labradorescence and i want to eat the characters theyre all so cute. I want to shove them down my throat and into my stomach whole <3 that way i can keep them with me forever. This is encouraging me to make inappropriate advances towards my hot doctor though but I will be well behaved. Yesss it’s such an amazing story (≧∀≦)
I didn’t think I’d like it as much as I did. I loved the owner so much but towards the end of the story, the way Phi was talking about his past made me question a bit how much the owner knew he was doing when he was still young when he was brought there, or if he did it entirely behind his back which definitely changes a lot depending on that answer. I guess we will see in the next volume (≧∀≦) I bought all 3 volumes in the physical copy
