Totallyyy, though I get people say hurtful things when they are hurt too. The analysis someone made at the end of ch 15 pretty much sums Seoyoon's feelings towards Hyun. He feels used and discarded, like his feelings don't matter to Hyun, and he is trying to make him feel the same pain he is feeling by saying mean and degrading things
I hate how he repeatedly calls uke slut it’s genuinely so degrading and irritating bc he keeps bringing it up
