if that is per second then it is. Players would kill for additional +3 damage. And if that is per second then its fast.
Omg it so does! I play ffxiv and ultimate raids require you to really lock in on what buffs/heals/atk you use and when it’s off cooldown. Every single movement and action needs to be done in a specific order or else it could mean a full party wipe .

yeah I'm sure doing 103% damage instead of 100% damage made it 'insanely fast' lol
