No shit, it was a puppet spell being used on the other dolls. But he's still just constantly moving when he's supposed to be still.
If he was 12 I'd understand, but he's grown.
If you a normal human being being force to act still do you think you can? Unless you train to stay still, it is almost impossible because we have what we call instinct.

You know that's not true. The MC can't just not talk for a minute. He doesn't just twitch or move his eyes, he WILDLY FAILS around when he's supposed to be still.
It does not take training to not wildly fail around and you know it.
