Not all Filipinos are tan. Some are naturally tan, and some are tan simply because they’re often out in the sun (it’s a hot and sunny country most of the time). Then there’s pale Filipinos who are naturally pale or pale Filipinos who are just people who don’t go out in the sun much lol
