I wouldn't call that "plastic surgery" ._. They can put metal parts in your bones (they do this only when people have one leg shorter than another, I think)

I've seen that panel when I revisited previous chapters just cuz I wanted a comparison but I was not pleased cuz I was looking for one where the past him was standing next to another character, but no luck! I don't really care about the plastic surgery. I just wanna know... how did he became so tall in the span of two years? He's past puberty from the beginning, ain't he? He's even a head taller compared to other male characters on this manhwa. That's my only sentiment
