wait what? all of that was a dream??? I thought it was the "how they met" story and then somehow thought maybe he has two grandmas (one from each parent)
It was a "what if" story. What if he wasn't able to conceive during the surrogate process and in that same universe his grandma died
So it is showing how the guy is still the same dumb and in love kind of dude even when there was no pregnancy and the guy was grieving
2nd baby is real I believe cause in the side story 11, which is chp 71, it starts with him waking up from a dream where Beom has morning sickness and that was the "if" side story. Side story chp 11 was just mistakenly still labeled part of the "If" side story and besides in the first side story, he does get pregnant with the 2nd baby so it is still real anyways
took me a hot minute to realize that was all a dream
