Yeah ik what its rated on there but i usually taken consideration of both official and non official rating when starting a multi chapter webnovel cause it needs a lot of commitment. Sometimes the best ratings come from broke losers who cant afford shit and have no life yknow, they usually are burnt out with the same old and usually needs something new.
