that's just a rumor... maybe? well the rumor is kinda contradicting. They say every woman Claude slept with will die the next day, so how is he a womanizer? he doesn't even like when someone is touching him, how could he be having sex with lots of women?
Tho it's also a possibility that he slept with women for physical needs but those women turned out to be assassin that wanna kill him so he killed them.
Anyways, I think it was just a made up rumor made by the damn nobles coz they doesn't like Claude who has a commoner origin
