His mum still has a womb to conceive a child and that's because she is a biological female. It doesn't matter if they're both alphas or beta if one party is female and the other is male they can still make a baby
The only difference really in omega verses is that same sex relationships are able to have children if at least one person is an omega ( alpha X omega, beta X omega or omega X omega ) ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Guys, someone please enlighten me. I don’t know much about omegaverse. So his parents are both dominant alphas? Can dominant alphas even get pregnant, or is he supposed to be adopted?
