Basically, yeah. He technically "consents" to the act but ACTUALLY NO, he doesn't: he's forced to consent because otherwise he's going to have no way of getting away from his father (going to Seul with Go-gyeom). I (personally) get the impression that he initially did like him years ago but at this point is just gaslighting himself that he still does kinda like him (while still being aware that he's being forced). Like, he knows but doesn't want to admit it
