Based on what was explained by he was that he was just really controlling so I assumed on that he just did what most controlling jerks you have to escape, which she said she had to, and he probably made it seem like she was a cheater cause she had a high sex drive and tried to make It seem as though she was cheating just to be an ass. Plus he drugged her like who gonna believe what that guy has to say?!

But did her ex call her a hot mess cus he found that shes talking to another guy while theyre dating?? Cus if she was, id understand him calling her a hot mess.
Like he fully does seem like an asshole with an arrogant personality, but is that not a justified reaction to your girlfriend talking to other men?
Or are we supposed to think its okay cus the ex is a jackass? Actually now that i word it that way, i do somewhat see it. But are we supposed to dislike the guy (personality aside) because he called out his girlfriend for chatting to other men? And her reaction of desperately trying to get back her phone seems way sus.
