it’s explained in the special pack (between ch.22 & ch.23) that kaburagi wanted his own space so he can crash/do work whenever he works late & this way onoe also gets his own room to run away to whenever they have a fight. previously before moving in together they mostly shared onoe’s bed, that’s why you saw them sleeping in one bed together before & sometimes occasionally now. they just like their space it’s cute! i recommend u guys rereading the special because it explains the situation a lot more than i can!

when they didn't live together they used to sleep on the same bed but now that they do live together they don't?
