Comprehension has left me, Im so confused right now. Please helllp

from what I understand after the mother had him she had an affair and gave birth to the younger brother, then she supposedly left hajin in England and threw the outside kid to the grandparents in the country side but hajin saw that when he was young he had a country accent so it was actually him that was left neglected in the country side and the outside kid was the one raised in England

This makes a bit of sense but I’m still so confused like how does this happen like how is his past switched ??
