I'm betting on it, that college girl and Seon-woo is probably immune. The one theory about the blood being exposed to the air and making it less infective is probably false, and the college girl who supposedly ate food with that pink haired bastard hasn't shown signs of any symptoms except her scratching, but it's because of her eczema, so in short, they're probably immune.
